Legacy Heating and Air Inc. is seeking an experienced HVAC Operations Manager to lead service, maintenance, and installation operations across the Greater Elkhart area and surrounding communities.

The role emphasizes building high-performing teams, improving efficiency, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will oversee scheduling, resource allocation, and performance metrics while partnering with sales, dispatch, and customer service to ensure seamless execution.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with sales, dispatch, customer service, and admin.
• Lead field visits and operational reviews for improvement.
