One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking an Operations Manager to ensure customer needs are met while upholding company policies. You will lead IAQ, install and field staff, drive profitability, and ensure safe, efficient HVAC service delivery.

You will oversee budgets, safety, licensing, permitting, and code compliance, while developing staff and maintaining a professional image and workflow efficiency.

Qualificações

• GED or High School Diploma.
• EPA certification.
• NATE certification.

Responsabilidades

• Develops and implements best operational practices to meet budgeted KPIs.
• Oversees labor, vendor agreements, inventory, and fleet expenditures.
• Facilities management, inspections, maintenance, and repair of company assets.
