Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or organizational leadership is required or preferred.
• Extensive HVAC commercial service experience and leadership responsibilities.
• Experience managing P&L and driving profitability.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
• Proven track record of process improvement and KPI delivery.

Responsibilities

• Organize and oversee daily operations across Service, Retrofit, Automation, Sales, and Warehouse.
• Lead changes with department managers to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Recruit and develop staff; identify future hiring needs and succession plans.
• Evaluate processes, improve profitability, and drive customer satisfaction.
• Set 1- and 3-year business plans and monitor progress toward goals.
• Maintain customer relationships and ensure a strong customer experience.
