Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 4–5 years related experience.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs and meet physical requirements.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and maintain building HVAC equipment in compliance with codes and safety standards.
• Troubleshoot equipment failures and perform repairs and preventive maintenance.
• Maintain records of maintenance and repairs and operate company vehicles as needed.
• Explain complex information to clients and team members in a clear, actionable way.
