Job summary

Experience with building HVAC systems preferred.

Responsibilities

Maintain mechanical and electrical equipment for commercial HVAC systems across multiple facilities.
Perform inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs in accordance with codes and safety standards.
Troubleshoot equipment failures and determine best actions for modifications and repairs.
Complete maintenance and repair records and document activities.
Operate company vehicles as part of daily duties.
Share knowledge and coach others on HVAC best practices.
