Job summary

You will perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and repairs, troubleshoot equipment failures, and ensure compliance with codes and safety standards while coordinating with teams and clients. Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 4–5 years of relevant experience.
• Prior shift manager or supervisory experience is preferred.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and maintain HVAC equipment per codes and safety standards.
• Troubleshoot failures and perform repairs on HVAC and related electrical/plumbing systems.
• Complete maintenance and repair records and reports.
• Operate company vehicles to job sites as needed.
• Share HVAC knowledge and mentor teammates when appropriate.
• Uphold CBRE values and lead by example.
