Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a HVAC Mobile Engineer to maintain mechanical and electrical systems across multiple facilities, performing preventive maintenance and repairs while ensuring safety compliance.

You will troubleshoot failures, apply technical knowledge, and complete maintenance records for efficient operations. The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, 4–5 years of relevant experience, and optional supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 4-5 years of job-related experience.
• In lieu of a diploma, combination of experience and education will be considered.
• Prior shift manager or supervisory experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and maintain building HVAC equipment to comply with codes and safety standards.
• Troubleshoot equipment failures and determine actions for modifications.
• Perform repairs, emergency and preventive maintenance; document maintenance records.
• Operate company vehicles daily.
• Coach others and share HVAC knowledge across disciplines.
• Lead by example and model CBRE RISE values.
• Explain complex information clearly to clients and team.
