Job summary

EMCOR Mesa Energy seeks a Maintenance Sales Associate to develop relationships that drive maintenance contract sales across markets. Focus on new client acquisition and presenting full maintenance, repair, upgrade, and energy efficiency packages.

Responsibilities include proposal development, margin-focused selling, and collaboration with operations and project teams to meet annual sales plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or technical discipline preferred.
• 2+ years’ experience in HVAC commercial, chiller or maintenance service sales.
• Strong customer presentation skills and demonstrated sales aptitude.
• Financial acumen, including cost modeling for proposals.
• Experience in developing technical and cost proposals.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships to sell maintenance contracts to new and existing clients.
• Research prospective client opportunities via calls, visits, conferences, and online
• Collaborate with VP of Business Development and sales teams to meet objectives.
• Analyze accounts to maximize sales growth, margin, and profitability.
• Prepare proposals and presentations using standard Mesa Energy templates.
