EMCOR Mesa is seeking an Account Manager to grow and maintain relationships with clients across vertical markets. You will promote maintenance, repair, replacement, service, and energy efficiency offerings while collaborating with internal teams to maximize sales opportunities.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in HVAC or related field, with strong presentation skills, financial acumen, and Excel proficiency. This on-site role offers a lucrative compensation plan and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or a technical field.
• 3+ years in HVAC commercial service or related field.
• Technical experience in Facilities Management or O&M preferred.
• Strong presentation skills, sales aptitude, and financial acumen including cost modeling.
• Independent decision making is required.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Competitive, articulate, goal-oriented and energetic.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for new accounts and build relationships with prospective clients.
• Maintain existing client relationships and communicate offerings.
• Develop sales presentations and client proposals.
• Manage pricing, payments, and AR; QA support and trade show participation.
• Collaborate with Sales Manager, Branch Manager and team to meet objectives.
• Prepare and deliver client proposals and ensure margin targets.
