Job summary

Mesa Energy Systems, Inc. seeks a Maintenance Sales Associate to develop relationships that lead to maintenance contracts, focusing on new client opportunities and Mesa service offerings across markets.

You will inform clients about maintenance, repair, replacement, service, and energy efficiency packages to grow Mesa’s footprint. Collaborate with the Vice President of Business Development, Director of Sales, and other team members to tailor proposals, present solutions, and meet annual sales

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a technical discipline preferred.
• 2+ years’ experience in HVAC commercial, chiller or maintenance service sales ideal.
• Strong customer presentation skills and demonstrated sales aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for new accounts and maintain existing client relationships.
• Develop sales presentations and follow through with each client and opportunity.
• Develop, write, and review client proposal documents including financial and technical sections.
• Identify customer needs and discuss Mesa capabilities and solutions.
• Reach written annual sales plans and collaborate with team members.
