Job summary

Daikin Comfort seeks a Logistics Customer Service Representative in Texas to respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues from purchase order to shipment. You will manage orders, communicate product availability, pricing, and delivery timelines while maintaining strong relationships with distributors and COD branches.

You will support sales by generating leads, following up on prospects, and maintaining customer satisfaction through accurate documentation and proactive service.

Qualifications

• HVAC industry knowledge required or preferred.
• 6+ years of customer service experience within HVAC.
• High school diploma or GED; college degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process and maintain customer orders from entry to shipment.
• Assist customers with product availability, pricing, order status, and shipping information.
• Educate customers on product terminology, features and benefits.
• Collaborate with Sales to verify pricing and customer details.
• Handle RMAs, credit/debit, and damage claims.
• Resolve customer issues by identifying causes and expediting solutions.
• Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction and accurate documentation.
• Prepare reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
