Job summary

Daikin Comfort Technologies seeks an experienced CSR/Inside Sales Representative in the United States. The role focuses on selling HVAC products and services to prospective and existing customers through face-to-face, phone, email, or fax interactions, ensuring a smooth sales process and strong dealer relationships.

You will handle orders, provide product information, and support warranty/returns while coordinating with the Branch Manager to drive territory coverage and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• HVAC knowledge preferred.
• General Microsoft Office proficiency (Outlook, Excel, Word) and basic database apps.
• 1–3 years of progressive sales experience.
• High School diploma or GED; some college preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help deliver sales goals by maintaining accounts and communicating new products, services, and discounts via outbound calls.
• Provide excellent customer service via face-to-face interactions, calls, and emails.
• Process orders, purchase orders, payments, quotes, and delivery dates with accuracy.
• Recommend alternate products based on cost, availability or specs; monitor shipment dates and coordinate with manufacturing, sales, and vendors.
• Generate new and repeat sales by providing product/technical information timely.
• Educate customers about product terminology, features and benefits to improve sales and satisfaction.
