Job summary

You will sell our HVAC products and services, assist customers face-to-face, on the phone, or by email, and guide them through order processing and delivery timelines. Collaborating with the Branch Manager, you will maintain dealer relationships, provide accurate product information, resolve issues, and support the smooth sales process with attention to policies and customer

Qualifications

• HVAC product knowledge preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic database apps.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to handle high-volume customer traffic.
• Accurate data entry and order processing from multiple channels.
• Ability to learn and follow company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Sell products and services to prospective and existing customers.
• Handle inquiries face-to-face, on the phone, or via email/fax.
• Process orders, purchase orders, payments, quotes, and delivery dates; ensure accuracy.
• Recommend alternate products based on cost, availability, or specs.
• Coordinate shipments with manufacturing, sales, and vendors.
• Provide product/technical information promptly to customers.
• Educate customers on product terminology, features and benefits.
