Job summary

Daikin Comfort is seeking a CSR/Inside Sales Representative to handle customer inquiries, process orders, and promote HVAC products. You’ll support sales targets by maintaining strong dealer relationships and delivering high-quality service across in-person, phone, and email channels.

The role emphasizes knowledge of HVAC products, accurate order processing, and proactive communication to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; some college preferred.
• 1–3 years of progressive sales experience.
• Knowledge of HVAC equipment/products preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accounts through active communication of new product launches and discounts via outbound calls.
• Provide excellent customer service face-to-face, on the phone, and via email.
• Process orders, purchase orders, payments, quotes, and delivery dates with accuracy.
• Recommend alternatives based on cost, availability or specs as needed.
• Coordinate with manufacturing, sales, distribution and vendors to ensure timely shipments and problem resolution.
