Johnson Barrow, a growing HVAC equipment supplier in the Pacific Northwest, seeks an administrative and customer service coordinator. You will process orders, enter quotes, and coordinate with factories to ensure timely delivery of commercial HVAC products.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service regarding material and order status via phone and/or email.
• Complete order entry or quote preparation of commercial HVAC equipment using QuickBooks or manufacturer's software.
• Coordinate with factories/manufacturers to ensure on-time delivery of product.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve the flow of product and process.
• Perform analytical and administrative tasks.
• Work with key personnel to optimize our costs and customer service.
