Job summary

Harts Services in the Tacoma area is seeking an organized Install Coordinator to keep installation projects moving from quote to completion. This role requires detail-oriented multitasking in a fast-paced environment and a commitment to ensuring no detail falls through the cracks.

You’ll schedule and dispatch installations, manage permits and inspections, communicate with homeowners, and handle prep and logistics to keep jobs tracked in our system. In-person work location.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating installation schedules.
• Experience with permits and inspections preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch installations between homeowners, installation crews, and field managers.
• Submit and track municipal permits; schedule inspections on time.
• Provide clear project updates to homeowners and answer questions.
• Verify project details, ensure correct equipment/materials are ordered, and keep job statuses updated in the system.
