Stan’s Heating, Air, Plumbing & Electrical in Austin, TX is seeking an HVAC Install Coordinator to manage day-to-day install scheduling, set up job files in Service Titan, and coordinate with customers, technicians, and subcontractors to keep projects on track.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Customer service, inside sales, scheduling, or call-center experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable discussing financing options with customers.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day scheduling for Install; set up job files in Service Titan.
• Contact customers to confirm install dates and communicate next steps.
• Advise sales team on next available install dates.
• Assist with estimates and paperwork discrepancies in Service Titan.
• Maintain dispatch board and coordinate with other departments.
• Verify payments and ensure accounts are balanced; manage permits and registrations.
