Qualifications

• HVAC scheduling experience or similar in home services.
• Permitting knowledge including municipal permits and inspections.
• Experience coordinating projects and handling multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Schedule & Dispatch: coordinate installation schedules between homeowners, crews, and field managers.
• Manage Permits: submit, track, and secure required municipal permits and inspections.
• Customer Communication: act as primary point of contact for homeowners with updates.
• Job Prep & Logistics: verify project details, order equipment/materials, update statuses in system.
