• Schedule & Dispatch: coordinate installation schedules between homeowners, crews, and field managers.
• Manage Permits: submit, track, and secure required municipal permits and inspections.
• Customer Communication: act as primary point of contact for homeowners with updates.
• Job Prep & Logistics: verify project details, order equipment/materials, update statuses in system.

What You’ll Do

• Schedule & Dispatch: Coordinate installation schedules between homeowners, installation crews, and field managers to ensure smooth execution.
• Manage Permits: Submit, track, and secure required municipal permits and schedule necessary inspections on time.
• Customer Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners, providing clear project updates and answering questions.
• Job Prep & Logistics: Verify project details, ensure correct equipment/materials are ordered, and keep job statuses updated in our system.

What We’re Looking For

• Industry Background: HVAC, plumbing, or home services scheduling experience preferred.
• Permitting Knowledge: Experience pulling municipal permits and handling inspection processes preferred.
• Skillsets: Project management or strong administrative coordination experience is a major plus.
• Soft Skills: Excellent organizational abilities, sharp attention to detail, and top-notch customer service skills.
