Job summary

Fetch-A-Tech is seeking an experienced HVAC Install Coordinator to manage multiple residential installation projects. You will coordinate installation technicians, permits, inspections, and paperwork from sale through completion.

Work closely with installers, sales teams, customers, subcontractors, city permitting departments, and internal teams to ensure a seamless installation process and on-time delivery while maintaining organized project documentation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in HVAC, construction, or installation coordination.
• Experience coordinating permits, inspections, or municipal requirements is preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate HVAC permitting process, submit applications, track status, and obtain permits before installation.
• Communicate with city departments to resolve questions and keep projects on schedule.
• Schedule city inspections and track results through completion.
• Coordinate with permit/HERS providers to meet regulatory requirements.
• Dispatch technicians and coordinate installation schedules for residential projects.
