Job summary

Logan Services is seeking an HVAC Installation Coordinator – Scheduling & Operations to coordinate residential HVAC installations from sale through completion. You will work with customers, installers, sales, and field leadership to keep projects on schedule.

No HVAC experience is required; transferable skills in scheduling, dispatch, and project coordination are valued. This is an on-site Dayton, OH role with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating schedules, customers, and field teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities with strong follow-through.
• Comfort with computers and multiple software systems; willingness to learn HVAC basics.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily residential HVAC installation schedules.
• Work with installers and field leadership to ensure jobs are properly prepared.
• Monitor projects from sale through completion and provide timely updates.
• Address customer concerns and maintain accurate records.
• Process paperwork, permits, and required documentation.
