Job summary

Hams heating and cooling is seeking an HVAC Tech/Install Coordinator to oversee installations, service, and repair of heating and air conditioning systems from Reno to Elko. Performance pay is an option; a company van, an iPad with ServiceTitan, all tools required, uniforms, and a professional work environment are provided as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in HVAC or related fields.
• Familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams.
• Ability to handle physical workload.
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
• Good team skills and motivation to teach others.
• MSHA is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and help Install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
• Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance.
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests.
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
• Ability to sell new equipment and upsell.
