Job summary

Daikin Comfort Technologies Distribution, Inc. seeks an Inside Territory Sales Manager to drive growth within Saint Louis, MO. The role focuses on COD House Accounts, growing sales with smaller and commercial accounts, and meeting quotas.

The position requires a results-driven sales professional with HVAC knowledge, excellent communication, and the ability to manage accounts from a home-office base. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• HVAC knowledge preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Proven record of achieving planned quota.
• Experience with CRM and sales proposals.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, maintain and grow a base of ~50 Inside Sales Key Accounts.
• Nurture and develop Key Accounts to graduate to outside Territory Sales Manager.
• Maintain and grow sales revenue and gross margin.
• Recruit, train and develop dealers and partners.
• Develop proposals for presentations to prospective customers.
