Daikin Comfort Technologies Distribution, Inc. is seeking an Inside Territory Sales Manager for our San Antonio, TX branch.

The role focuses on growing sales with COD House Accounts and transitioning successful accounts to outside Territory Sales Managers, while backfilling from the region’s key accounts. The position emphasizes meeting quotas, developing proposals, maintaining customer relationships, and collaborating with the ASM and corporate office.

Qualifications

• HVAC knowledge preferred.
• Minimum 3+ years sales experience.
• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage a territory from a home-office base.

Responsabilités

• Plan, organize, maintain and grow a base of ~50 Inside Sales Key Accounts.
• Develop proposals for presentation to prospective customers.
• Maintain and grow sales revenue and gross margin.
• Recruit new dealers and develop their business.
• Manage ISR Key Accounts and graduation process.
• Update CRM with customer data.
