Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree and two years of inside technical sales or related HVAC experience.
• Proven track record in inside sales and superior customer service skills.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-player attitude.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver professional, responsive customer support by addressing inquiries and providing effective solutions.
• Process customer quotes and orders for HVAC equipment, parts, and supplies.
• Manage warranty claims from initiation to resolution with documentation and customer communication.
• Identify opportunities to increase value through product recommendations and upselling.
• Follow up on quotations and sales opportunities to maximize conversions.
