Havtech Supply is seeking a Inside Sales Representative & Warranty Specialist to provide knowledgeable, responsive, and solution-oriented customer support. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer support through order and quote processing, product assistance, warranty administration, and sales support. This role works collaboratively to resolve customer needs, enhance the customer experience, and support customer satisfaction, retention, and business growth.

This role is ideal for an individual with a strong customer service background who enjoys working collaboratively to provide exceptional service and solution-driven support that enhances the customer experience.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to, the following:

COMPENSATION

The salary range listed is an expected range, the actual salary will be determined by education, experience, skills and alignment with local market data. The range is one component of the total compensation for employees.
