Qualifications

• Ten or more years of HVAC experience with a record of increasing sales.
• Five or more years of direct management experience leading a sales organization of $100 million+ in annual revenue preferred.
• Consultative B2B sales experience positioning integrated systems solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead a group of sales engineers and drive consultative performance.
• Develop annual sales plan and deliver revenue and gross-profit growth.
• Identify market opportunities and expand penetration in target verticals.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Equipment, Air and Hydronics to position complete system solutions.
