Job summary

Hoffman Mechanical Solutions, a division of Hoffman & Hoffman, is seeking an Inside Sales Support to provide leads and sales support to the Service Sales Representative. The role emphasizes identifying customer needs, presenting solutions, and driving referral-based sales while maintaining high standards of customer care.

Required are 2+ years in inside sales or account management, a Bachelor's degree (engineering/math/sciences preferred), and proficiency with Excel and MS Office.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in inside sales or account management, preferably HVAC, construction, or service.
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in engineering, math or sciences.
• Strong verbal and written communication with proactivity and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Mine information to help sales staff be successful and prepare estimates.
• Drive new sales for the company in a professional manner.
• Determine customer needs and provide solutions to generate referrals.
• Assist with sales presentations using approved materials and methods.
• Maintain accurate sales reporting and communications for operations.
