Job summary

DMG North, part of Ambient Enterprises, seeks an Inside Sales professional to support Outside Sales Engineers with product selections, estimated costs, and bid submittals for HVAC projects. You will be the main contact for customers, preparing quotes and processing orders in our ERP system.

In a fast-paced, transaction-heavy environment, you’ll assist pricing, availability, and documentation, coordinate with logistics, and help ensure accurate records.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of inside sales or counter sales experience in HVAC or building products.
• HVAC product knowledge or strong willingness to learn.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Proficiency with ERP/CRM systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, and walk-ins.
• Prepare and follow up on quotes, bids, and order confirmations.
• Process sales orders accurately and efficiently in the ERP system.
• Support internal sales teams with pricing, product availability, and documentation.
• Assist customers with equipment selection, parts identification, and basic technical questions.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries.
• Maintain accurate customer, pricing, and order records.
• Assist Outside Sales Engineers to facilitate sales of the HVAC equipment represented.
