The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in HVAC applications or sales support, strong communication skills, and a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering or HVAC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, or a related field required.
• 1–3 years of experience in HVAC applications, technical sales, or sales support.
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and commercial/industrial applications.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary contact for customers via phone, email, and walk-ins.
• Prepare and follow up on quotes, bids, and order confirmations.
• Process sales orders accurately in the ERP system.
• Support internal sales teams with pricing, product availability, and documentation.
• Assist customers with equipment selection and basic technical questions.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries.
• Maintain accurate customer and pricing records.
