Job summary

Ambient Enterprises' DMG North team in Castro Valley, CA is seeking an Inside Sales professional to support Outside Sales Engineers with technical product selections, quotes, and bid submittals for HVAC equipment.

You will process sales orders in the ERP system, assist with pricing and documentation, coordinate with warehouse for timely deliveries, and provide timely, accurate customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in inside sales, customer service, or counter sales (HVAC/building products preferred).
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Proficient with ERP/CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, transaction-heavy environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for customers via phone, email, and walk-ins.
• Prepare and follow up on quotes, bids, and orders.
• Process sales orders accurately in the ERP system.
• Assist with pricing, product availability, and documentation.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics to ensure timely deliveries.
• Maintain accurate customer, pricing, and order records.
