Job summary

SRS Distribution Inc. seeks an Inside Sales Professional - Driver to identify and fulfill customer needs, process orders, and provide outstanding service. The role involves warehouse support, local deliveries, and promoting products and services while building long-term relationships.

You will assist customers with technical issues, maintain inventory accuracy, and participate in after-hours on-call duties. A valid driver's license and HVAC experience are preferred for success in this position.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of customer service and/or sales experience.
• 2 years’ experience in the HVAC industry, preferred.
• Proficient in computers, including Microsoft Office.
• Forklift experience.
• Possess a valid driver’s license.
• Maintain a satisfactory driving record as determined by Company Driver Policies.
• Meet federal and state requirements to operate the vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders in person, by phone, fax, and e-commerce.
• Locate parts, equipment, and supplies for customers from various sources.
• Support long-term business relationships to promote sales growth.
• Assist in warehouse duties, including pulling orders and stocking; occasional forklift use.
• Promote products, upgrades, and services to customers.
• Assist customers with technical support and problem solving.
• Identify prospective customers through store or phone sales and relay to sales team.
• Maintain showroom shelves and product displays.
• Process warranties.
• Perform cycle counts and assist in inventory accuracy.
• Make occasional deliveries using a site vehicle.
• Participate in after-hours on-call duties and training.
• Work overtime as assigned.
• Comply with company policies and maintain attendance.
