Job summary

SRS Distribution Inc. is seeking an Inside Sales Professional in Panama City, FL to identify and serve customer needs, process orders, locate parts, and promote products. You will support relationships, assist with warehouse duties, and help drive sales growth while maintaining excellent service.

The role requires customer service and HVAC experience, forklift ability, and a valid driver’s license. Expect occasional deliveries and after-hours responsibilities in a fast-paced distribution

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of customer service and/or sales experience.
• 2 years’ experience in the HVAC industry, preferred.
• Proficient in computers, including Microsoft Office.
• Forklift experience.
• Possess a valid driver’s license.
• Maintain a satisfactory driving record as determined by Company Driver Policies.
• Meet federal and state requirements to operate the vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders received in person, by phone, fax, and e-commerce, including transfers and deliveries.
• Locate parts, equipment, and supplies for customers from various sources.
• Support long-term relationships to promote sales growth.
• Assist in warehouse duties and occasional forklift operation.
• Promote new and existing products, upgrades, and services.
• Assist customers with technical support and problem solving.
• Identify prospective customers and relay prospects to the sales team.
• Maintain showroom shelves and product displays.
