Job summary

SRS Distribution Inc. is seeking an Inside Sales Professional - Driver in Loxley, AL. The role focuses on identifying customer needs, processing orders, and promoting products at the sales counter or via phone and e-commerce, with occasional deliveries and warehouse support.

The position supports long-term customer relationships, product promotions, and technical assistance, with travel limited to branch visits and conferences as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of customer service and/or sales experience.
• 2 years’ HVAC industry experience preferred.
• Proficient in computers, including Microsoft Office.
• Forklift experience.
• Possess a valid driver’s license.
• Maintain a satisfactory driving record as determined by Company Driver Policies.
• Meet federal and state requirements to operate the vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders received in person or by phone, fax, and e-commerce.
• Locate parts, equipment, and supplies for customers from various sources.
• Support long-term relationships with customers to promote sales growth.
• Assist in warehouse duties including pulling orders and stocking; forklift may be used.
• Promote products, upgrades, and services to customers.
• Assist customers with technical support and problem solving.
• Identify prospective customers and relay prospects to the sales team.
