Job summary

SRS Distribution Inc. is seeking an Inside Sales Professional - Driver to identify customer needs, assist with product information, and deliver exceptional service at the sales counter and via phone.

Based in Loxley, AL, you will process orders, locate parts, support relationships, and promote products while maintaining safety and attendance standards. A valid driver’s license and HVAC knowledge are preferred, with a focus on teamwork and reliable performance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years of customer service and/or sales experience.
• 2 years HVAC industry experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders in person, by phone, fax, or e-commerce.
• Locate parts, equipment, and supplies for customers.
• Support long-term customer relationships to promote sales growth.
• Assist in warehouse duties and occasional forklift operation.
• Promote products and services to customers.
• Assist with technical support and problem solving.
• Maintain showroom shelves and product displays.
• Occasionally deliver orders using a site vehicle.
• Travel 5% to branches and conferences.
