Daikin Comfort in New Jersey is seeking a CSR/Inside Sales Representative to support existing customers and drive new business. You will handle inquiries by phone, email, or in person, recommend solutions, process orders, and ensure timely deliveries.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of progressive sales experience, a High School diploma or GED, and knowledge of HVAC products. Strong MS Office skills, customer service orientation, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of progressive sales experience.
• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• Knowledge of HVAC products preferred.
• General MS Office skills (Outlook, Excel, Word).

Responsabilités

• Maintain accounts and communicate new product launches via outbound calls.
• Provide excellent customer service via face-to-face, phone calls and e-mails.
• Process orders, purchase orders, payment processing, quotes and delivery dates with accuracy.
• Recommend alternate products based on cost, availability or specifications.
• Coordinate shipments with manufacturing, sales, distribution and vendors.
• Educate customers about product terminology, features and benefits to improve sales.
• Expand knowledge of HVAC products and keep current with industry trends.
• Maintain records and prepare sales activity reports.
• Collaborate with Branch Manager to resolve problems and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Reach out to customers periodically to assess satisfaction.
