Job summary

Dorse & Company – a member of the AIR Control Concepts family, located in Seattle, WA, is hiring an Inside Sales representative to support commodity product sales and account management. This exempt role includes commission on sales and no overtime eligibility.

Responsibilities include processing orders, tracking shipments, handling warranty and freight issues, and coordinating deliveries. A proactive team player with strong communication and high-volume experience will excel here.

Qualifications

• High school education required; additional education a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer phone calls and provide support for Account Management.
• Process orders received by phone, email, and walk-ins.
• Check ship status, track orders and forward information to customers.
• Assist customers with warranty issues and freight claims.
• Coordinate project deliveries.
• Assist with order picking as needed.
• Input orders into Fishbowl and review open orders weekly.
• Process credits for customer returns and prepare UPS shipments.
