Job summary

Jobot is seeking an Inside Sales Representative for a Seattle, WA location. This on-site, full-time role supports customers with product orders, shipment tracking, and account assistance, coordinating with Account Managers and warehouse teams.

Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills, experience in sales or customer service, and familiarity with order-processing systems. HVAC distribution experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous sales, customer service, or order-processing experience.
• Strong phone, email, and in-person communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel; order-processing systems.
• HVAC product or warehouse experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and in person.
• Process orders from phone, email, and walk-in customers.
• Provide pricing, product availability, and order-status information.
• Support Account Managers with customer requests.
• Enter and maintain orders in the inventory system.
• Track shipments and coordinate deliveries to jobsites.
• Process returns, credits, warranty requests, and freight claims.
• Prepare outgoing shipments and assist with order picking.
• Review open orders and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain clear communication across sales, warehouse, and operations.
