• Track shipments and coordinate deliveries to job sites or projects.
• Process returns, credits, warranty requests, and freight claims.
• Prepare outgoing shipments and assist with order picking as needed.
• Review open orders and resolve discrepancies.

Position Overview

An established commercial HVAC distributor is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to assist customers with product orders, shipment tracking, and general account support. This position works closely with customers, Account Managers, warehouse personnel, and operations teams.

Commercial HVAC or distribution experience is helpful but not required.
