Job summary

LeoForce is seeking an Inside Sales Representative for commercial HVAC in Seattle, WA. You will assist customers with product orders, shipment tracking, and account support, collaborating with Account Managers and warehouse teams to ensure smooth processing.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in sales, customer service, or order processing is preferred.
• Strong phone, email, and in-person communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and in person.
• Process orders from phone, email, and walk-in customers.
• Provide pricing, product availability, and order-status information.
• Support Account Managers with customer requests.
• Enter and maintain orders in the company’s inventory system.
• Track shipments and coordinate deliveries to job sites or projects.
• Process returns, credits, warranty requests, and freight claims.
• Prepare outgoing shipments and assist with order picking as needed.
• Review open orders and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain clear communication across sales, warehouse, and operations teams.
