Qualifications

• 2+ years of HVAC sales experience or related field in commercial HVAC, service contracting, or account management.
• Experience coordinating pricing, quotes and contracts for customers.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Sell and assist sales process; emphasize product features and select materials based on customer need and specifications.
• Coordinate estimating processes to generate accurate pricing proposals for new and existing products.
• Maintain and interpret all quote documentation with pricing and configurations; prepare quotes and contracts for potential customers.
• Work with sellers to build comprehensive quotes for repair and service opportunities.
• Answer phone calls, provide price quotes and other information.
