Job summary

Dorse & Company, a member of the AIR Control Concepts family, is seeking an Account Manager I in Seattle, WA. This role focuses on providing exceptional customer service, supporting pre- and post-sale activities, and coordinating with estimating, project management, and sales teams.

Travel for customer visits and industry events will be required. Qualified candidates will have 3+ years of HVAC account management and sales experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft

Qualifications

• 3+ years HVAC account management experience.
• 3+ years of sales experience.
• Strong written and oral communications skills.
• Experience in a high-volume business environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Oracle, and CRMs.
• Advanced HVAC product knowledge and cross-referencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with estimation, project management, sales support, accounting to manage projects.
• Provide customer service and technical assistance to clients.
• Conduct weekly customer visits for relationship building and new project development.
• Prepare submittals and orders using manufacturer databases and Dorse software.
• Track open orders and update internal and external stakeholders.
• Perform prebid research and set up project opportunities in CRM systems.
• Develop budget pricing and finalize estimates during bid reviews.
