Job summary

Ultipro in New York seeks a CSR/Inside Sales Representative to support customers face-to-face, over the phone, and by email. You will identify needs, answer questions, and process orders, ensuring quick, accurate service and strong dealer relationships.

You will handle shipments, provide product information, educate customers on HVAC terms, and collaborate with the Branch Manager to resolve issues and expand territory coverage.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of progressive sales experience.
• High School diploma or GED; some college preferred.
• Knowledge of HVAC equipment/products preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accounts and drive new product launches via outbound calls.
• Provide excellent customer service via face-to-face, phone, and email.
• Process orders, purchase orders, quotes and delivery dates accurately.
• Educate customers about product features and benefits.
