Qualifications

• HVAC knowledge or exposure preferred.
• Customer service experience with face-to-face, phone, and email interactions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist with order processing, purchase orders, payment processing, quotes and delivery dates.
• Provide excellent customer service via face-to-face interactions, phone, and email.
• Educate customers on product terminology, features and benefits to drive sales.
• Maintain records and prepare reports on sales activities.
• Collaborate with Branch Manager to resolve problems and ensure policy adherence.
• Monitor shipments and coordinate with manufacturing, sales, and vendors.
