• Conduct proactive outreach to assigned and non-assigned accounts to drive sales growth and increase profit margins.
• Manage order entry, shipment tracking, and post-sale support to ensure seamless customer experiences.
• Facilitate product returns and educate customers on warranty processes and procedures.
• Perform additional duties as directed to support team objectives.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

We’re looking for a motivated and customer-focused Commercial Inside Sales professional to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the backbone of our commercial sales operation, developing deep expertise in our commercial equipment offerings while building strong relationships with customers and supporting our Account Managers. You’ll combine technical knowledge with consultative selling to drive growth, identify cost and energy-saving solutions, and expand our market presence in the commercial HVAC sector.
