Job summary

HELP is seeking an Inside Sales Representative in Cincinnati to bridge customers and the sales team, handling inbound/outbound inquiries, scheduling appointments, and guiding buyers through the HVAC sales process.

You will partner with the sales and service teams to maintain a healthy pipeline, follow up after installations, and ensure a smooth handoff from sale to service while delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; associate degree in business or marketing is a plus.
• 1–3 years in sales support or coordination (HVAC preferred).
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience (Service Titan a bonus).

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales team to manage and qualify leads, keep pipeline full.
• Schedule appointments and optimize routes and timing for reps.
• Coordinate each salesperson's schedule to maximize productivity.
• Reconnect with potential customers via outbound calls in HVAC services.
• Follow up after installations to ensure satisfaction and address concerns.
• Serve as the primary contact for customers through the sales process.
• Maintain clear communication with customers throughout the journey.
• Collaborate with installation and service teams for seamless handoffs.
• Provide insights to marketing to improve lead quality.
• Continuously seek process improvements in sales operations.
