HELP is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to connect customers with the sales team and drive a positive experience from initial contact to close. You will handle inbound and outbound inquiries, schedule appointments, follow up with prospects, and support the sales process to boost customer satisfaction and results.

This office-based role in Cincinnati area collaborates with sales, installation and service teams, maintains accurate CRM records, and helps improve lead quality through feedback

Qualifications

• A high school diploma; an associate degree in business or marketing is a plus.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales support or coordination in HVAC or related field.

• Follow up after installations to ensure complete satisfaction, address any concerns, and build strong, lasting relationships.
• Serve as the primary contact for customers, answering their questions and guiding them through the sales process.
• Keep communication lines open and clear, ensuring customers feel supported every step of the way.
• Work closely with our installation and service teams to ensure a seamless transition from sale to execution.
• Share valuable insights with our marketing team to enhance lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
• Continuously seek out ways to improve our processes, contributing to a more efficient and effective sales operation.

Qualifications & Requirements

• A high school diploma (an associate degree in business or marketing is a plus!).
• 1-3 years of experience in sales support or coordination, ideally in HVAC or a related field.

This position operates in an office environment and requires the ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time. Frequently operates a computer and other standard office equipment. Occasionally moves items up to 20 pounds. Pay Range

$50,000 - $80,000 USD
