Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain accounts through proactive communication about product launches, services, supplies, and discounts via outbound calls.
• Provide excellent customer service via face-to-face, phone, and email.
• Process orders, purchase orders, payments, quotes and delivery dates with accurate data entry.
• Recommend alternate products based on cost, availability or specs.
• Coordinate with manufacturing, sales, distribution and vendors to ensure timely shipments.
• Generate new and repeat sales by providing product and technical information promptly.
• Educate customers about product terminology, features and benefits.
