You will handle inquiries, process orders, and provide product information to dealers to ensure a smooth sales cycle.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of progressive sales experience.
• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• High School diploma or GED; some college preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accounts with active communication of new product launches, services and discounts via outbound calls.
• Provide excellent customer service via face-to-face, phone, and email.
• Process orders, purchase orders, payments, quotes and delivery dates with accuracy.
• Recommend alternate products based on cost, availability or specifications.
• Coordinate shipments and monitor scheduled dates with manufacturing, sales, and vendors.
• Generate new and repeat sales by providing product/technical information promptly.
• Educate customers about product terminology, features and benefits.
• Input accurate order information and manage stock availability.
• Assist customers with warranties and returns.
• Collaborate with Branch Manager to resolve problems and ensure policy adherence.
• Reach out to customers to assess satisfaction and expand relationships.
• Maintain records and prepare sales activity reports.
• Expand HVAC product knowledge and stay current with industry trends.
