Job summary

Ambient Enterprises in the Madison area is seeking a SALES SUPPORT professional to quote, design, order and track HVAC equipment for engineering firms and mechanical contractors. Working with Outside Sales, you will help move deals faster with accurate pricing and proposals.

The role emphasizes preparation, coordination, and clear communication with clients and manufacturers. A mechanical engineering background and HVAC exposure are preferred; AutoCAD or Revit familiarity is a plus.

Qualifications

• Mechanical Engineering degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Outside Sales in coordinating client deals and projects.
• Use selection software to design systems for engineers and contractors.
• Review design plans and provide pricing estimates.
• Create proposals with equipment pricing for contractors.
• Order, process and track equipment sales through manufacturers.
• Follow up to ensure orders pass through with adequate lead time.
• Maintain clear communication with clients throughout the process.
• Provide equipment on-site packets and maintenance guides.
• Coordinate training for equipment or technical services.
